I tasted my batch of KT and it tasted like it had too much sugar. When I tested it with
a straw it tasted somewhat sweet and vinegar I put it in the fridge and had some
before breakfast and it tasted sweet and not that vinegary.......did I not let it go long enough.
I know I will get this straight sooner or later hahaha

Mon, July 13, 2009 - 9:10 PMYeah, if it tastes sugary, it means the saccomycetes bacteria haven't metabolized the sugar. Just taste every other day or so until it starts tasting better, then once a day until it's right where you like it. Then bottle or drink fresh
